Education Amendment Bill 2025

A Bill for

An Act to amend the Education Act 2004

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

This Act is the Education Amendment Act 2025.

This Act commences on the day after its notification day.

Note The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

This Act amends the Education Act 2004.

 (4) The Minister may approve a shorter period under subsection (3) (c) only if satisfied it is reasonably necessary in the circumstances.
