For information only: Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 70/2025) on March 26, 2025 pursuant to section 239 of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act. 1 The Administrative Penalty Regulation (AR 23/2003) is amended by this Regulation. 2 The Schedule is amended (a) by adding the following after item 3: 3.01 Designated Material Recycling and Management Regulation (AR 93/2004) - sections 3(1), 8, 9(5), 11. (b) by adding the following after item 3.1: 3.2 Extended Producer Responsibility Regulation (AR 194/2022) - sections 3, 16(1), (3), (4), 17(1), (2), (3), (4), 18(1), (2), 19(1), 25(1), (2), (5), 26(1), (3). (c) by repealing items 4 and 10. 3 This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2026.
