Notice is hereby given that the notice bearing the above-mentioned title published under “Supplements” in the Canada Gazette, Part I, Vol. 158, No. 51 (PDF, 3.7MB) , on Saturday, December 21, 2024, contained an error.

Under the sub-subcategory “Non-residential use” of the subcategory “Development Permit Applications”, in the section titled “FEES FOR LAND USE PLANNING SERVICES,” the fee with the description of “New construction for projects with a gross floor area greater than 465 m²” should have been written as follows:
