Order Designating the Minister of Justice as the Minister for the Purposes of that Act

His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act footnote a, designates the Minister of Justice, who is a federal minister, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
