For information only: Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 181/2021) on June 17, 2021 pursuant to section 596 of the Insurance Act. 1 The Miscellaneous Insurance Provisions Regulation (AR 120/2001) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 7.1 is amended by adding the following after subsection (4): (5) This section does not apply in respect of an insured's right of recovery under section 585.1(3) of the Act. 3 The following is added after section 9: Expiry 9.1 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this Regulation expires on January 31, 2027. 4 This Regulation comes into force on the coming into force of section 585.1 of the Insurance Act.
