Amending O. Reg. 620/05
(HIGH OCCUPANCY VEHICLE LANES)
1. Ontario Regulation 620/05 is amended by adding the following Schedule:
SCHEDULE G Highway no. 400
1. (1) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 400 (northbound) in the Regional Municipality of York lying between a point situate 435 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as York Regional Road 25 — Major Mackenzie Drive West in the City of Vaughan and a point situate 1020 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as York Regional Road 11 — King Road in the Township of King.
(2) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 400 (southbound) in the Regional Municipality of York lying between a point situate 1070 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as York Regional Road 11 — King Road in the Township of King and a point situate 675 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as York Regional Road 49 — Teston Road in the City of Vaughan.
(3) This designation is effective 24 hours a day, seven days a week and every month of the year.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
