Reg. 212/17 (General) 1. (1) Section 7 of Ontario Regulation 212/17 is amended by striking out “bodies” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “persons or entities”. (2) Section 7 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph: 2.  The Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario in his or her capacity as administrator of the Pension Benefits Guarantee Fund.
