Amending O. Reg. 667/98
(TRAPPING)
1. Subclause 17 (f) (i) of Ontario Regulation 667/98 is amended by striking out “muskrat” and substituting “muskrat or weasel”.
2. Subsection 18 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of clause (b), by adding “and” at the end of clause (c) and by adding the following clause:
(d) raccoon may be trapped using a box or cage restraining trap.
3. (1) Item 97 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
