Reg. 197/15 (CALCULATION OF AVERAGE DAILY ENROLMENT FOR THE 2015-2016 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR) 1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 9 (4) of Ontario Regulation 197/15 is revoked and the following substituted: 1. Any pupil who, i. was enrolled in grade 9 in a secondary school (within the meaning of the Act) in the 2012-2013 school year or any subsequent school year, and ii. in the case of a pupil who enrolled in grade 9 in a secondary school more than once, did not enrol in grade 9 in any school year prior to the 2012-2013 school year. Commencement 2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.   Français
