Reg. 254/17 (CALCULATION OF AVERAGE DAILY ENROLMENT FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR) 1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 9 (4) of Ontario Regulation 254/17 is revoked and the following substituted: 1. Any pupil who, i. was enrolled in grade 9 in a secondary school (within the meaning of the Act) in the 2014-2015 school year or any subsequent school year, and ii. in the case of a pupil who enrolled in grade 9 in a secondary school more than once, did not enrol in grade 9 in any school year prior to the 2014-2015 school year.
