For information only: Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 172/2021) on June 9, 2021 pursuant to sections 1 and 26 of the Gas Utilities Act. 1 The Gas Utilities Designation Regulation (AR 257/2007) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 1(c) is repealed and the following is substituted: (c) Apex Utilities Inc. 3 Section 2 is amended (a) by repealing clauses (a) to (b.1) and substituting the following: (a) Apex Utilities Inc.; (b) by adding the following after clause (e): (f) TriSummit Utilities Inc.; (g) TriSummit Utility Group Inc.; (h) TriSummit Utility Holdings Inc. 4 Section 4 is amended by striking out "July 30, 2021" and substituting "July 31, 2026".
