Overview

The ACCC is conducting a review of the Measuring Broadband Australia (MBA) program and is seeking views from stakeholders on the program's effectiveness and scoping its future directions, should it be extended beyond its current expiry in June 2021.

As part of the program, we have:

• released quarterly reports since March 2018
• recently started releasing a monthly key indicators report and a critical services report focused on the COVID-19 environment
• published consumer friendly interactive MBA data on the ACCC website.

We are intending to conclude our review and report to the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications (DITRDC) by December 2020.
