An Act to amend the Canadian Navigable Waters Act (lakes and rivers in British Columbia)
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1 Part 1 of the schedule to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act is amended by adding the following after item 10:
