STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 44 OF 2021.

ORDER

MADE by the Prime Minister under section 25 of the Climate Resilience Act, 2018, (Act No. 16 of 2018).

(Gazetted 1st December, 2021.)

1. This Order may be cited as the –

CLIMATE RESILIENCE (EXTENSION OF DURATION) ORDER, 2021.

2. In this Order, the Climate Resilience Act is referred to as “the Act”.

3. The Act is hereby extended for one further year until the 31st day of December, 2023.

Made this 22nd day of November , 2021.
