ORDER

MADE by the Minister for Finance under section 1(2) of the Credit Reporting Act, No. 13 of 2020.

(Gazetted 28th October, 2021.)

1. This Order may be cited as the -

CREDIT REPORTING (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2021.

2. In this Order the Credit Reporting Act 2020 is referred to as “the Act”.

3. The Act is deemed to have come into operation on the 30th day of October, 2020.
