THE DEFENCE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

AN ACT to amend the Defence Act, 2006 and for incidental and connected purposes.
ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as follows:
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Defence (Amendment) Act, 2015.
2. Amendment of the First Schedule
The Defence Act, 2006, No 10 of 2006, is amended .in the First Schedule as follows—
(a) by inserting in line one before the words “Governor-General” the words “Knight
Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George,”;
(b) by inserting in line twelve after the words “other rank as” the words “you may from
time to time hereafter be promoted or appointed and”
(c) by repealing in paragraph three, the words “Given at..” and substituting the words
“Given under my hand and the Broad Seal of Antigua and Barbuda at.....”
