ENACTED by the Parliament of Barbados as follows:

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Land Tax (Amendment) Act, 2015.1.

Repeal of section 6I of Cap. 78A

Section 6I of the Land Tax Act, Cap. 78A, in this Act referred to as the principal Act, is repealed.

Repeal of section 6J of Cap. 78A

Section 6J of the principal Act is repealed.
