This Bill would validate the fees charged and collected by the National Conservation Commission for the entry to and the use of any property under the control of or maintained by the Commission, together with the terms and conditions on which those fees became payable between 1st May, 1990 and the date of commencement of this Act.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Barbados as follows:

Short title

This Act may be cited as the National Conservation Commission (Validation of Fees) Act, 2015.

Validation

All fees charged and collected by the National Conservation Commission between 1st May, 1990 and the date of commencement of this Act for entry to and for the use of any property under the control of or maintained by the Commission, together with the terms and conditions on which those fees became payable shall be deemed to have been lawfully and validly charged and collected.
