Premier Doug Ford will be joined by Caroline Mulroney, Minister of Transportation, Kinga Surma, Minister of Infrastructure, as well as Omar Alghabra, Federal Minister of Transport, and John Tory, Mayor of Toronto, to mark the start of tunneling for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension.
