An Act to amend the Caves Act, Cap. 389

ENACTED by the Parliament of Barbados as follows:

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Caves (Amendment) Act, 2022.1.

Amendment of section 2 of Cap. 389

Section 2 of the Caves Act, Cap. 389 is amended by deleting the definition “Minister” .
