STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 16 OF 2021.

ORDER

MADE by the Minister for Health under section 1(2) of the Dominica Hospitals Authority Act, No.8 of 2021.

(Gazetted 15th July, 2021).

1. This Order may be cited as the -

DOMINICA HOSPITALS AUTHORITY (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2021.

2. In this Order the Dominica Hospitals Authority Act, 2021 is referred to as “the Act”.

3. The Act shall come into force on the 1st day of August, 2021.
