ORDER

MADE by the Minister for finance under section 1(2) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, No. 14 of 2021.

(Gazetted 24th March, 2022.)

1. This Order may be cited as the –

PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC PROPERTY

(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2022.

2. The day appointed as the day on which the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act 2021 comes into operation is the 1st day of April, 2022.
