COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 2 OF 2022.

ORDER

MADE by the Minister under section 41 of the Public Service Act (Chap. 23:01) after consultation with the representative body.

1. This Order may be cited as the –

PUBLIC SERVICE (SCHEDULES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2022.

2. In this Order the Public Service Act is referred to as “the Act”.

3. The First Schedule of the Act is amended by deleting the words “Carib Affairs Development Officer” and inserting the words “Kalinago Development Officer” in appropriate alphabetical order.

4. The Second Schedule of the Act is amended by deleting the words “Carib Affairs Development Officer” and inserting the words “Kalinago Development Officer” in appropriate alphabetical order.
