For information only: Made by the Minister of Environment and Parks (M.O. 27/2022) on June 7, 2022 pursuant to section 85 of the Environment Protection and Enhancement Act. 1 The Activities Designation Regulation (AR 276/2003) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 2(4)(b) is amended (a) in subclause (i) by striking out "or Interim Maximum Acceptable Concentration, except for fluoride,"; (b) by adding "and" at the end of subclause (i) and by repealing subclause (ii). 3 Section 3(4)(b) is amended (a) in subclause (i) by striking out "or Interim Maximum Acceptable Concentration, except for fluoride,"; (b) by adding "and" at the end of subclause (i) and by repealing subclause (ii). 4 This Regulation comes into force on June 29, 2022.
