For information only: Made by the Alberta Energy Regulator on May 19, 2022 pursuant to section 10(1)(a) and (aaa) of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act. 1 The Oil and Gas Conservation Rules (AR 151/71) are amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 1.020(2) is amended by repealing definition 12.1 and substituting the following: 12.1. "oilfield waste" means an unwanted substance or mixture of substances that results from the construction, operation, abandonment or reclamation of (i) a well, facility, well site, facility site or pipeline, or (ii) a well, facility, well site or facility site under the Geothermal Resources Development Act but does not include an unwanted substance or mixture of substances that is received for storage, treatment, disposal or recycling at a facility that is regulated by the Department of Environment and Parks; 3 The following is added after section 2.040: Application to change authorized purpose of well 2.041(1) If a licensee intends to change the authorized purpose of the licensee's well under the Act to a purpose authorized under the Geothermal Resources Development Act, the licensee must apply to the Regulator to amend the licence to change the authorized purpose of the well. (2) An application to amend a licence to change the authorized purpose of the well must be made in accordance with Directive 056 and as directed by the Regulator. Alberta Regulation 118/2022 Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES LICENSING AMENDMENT REGULATION Filed: June 13, 2022 For information only: Made by the Minister of Children's Services (M.O. 2022-01) on June 7, 2022 pursuant to section 131(2)(dd) of the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act. 1 The Residential Facilities Licensing Regulation (AR 161/2004) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 5 is amended by renumbering it as section 5(1) and by adding the following after subsection (1): (2) An initial foster home licence is issued for a term of one year. (3) A renewal of a foster home licence is issued for a term not exceeding 3 years. 3 Section 11(f) is amended by striking out "trigger locked" and substituting "equipped with a secure locking device". 4 Section 15 is amended by renumbering it as section 15(1) and by adding the following after subsection (1): (2) An initial child and youth facility licence is issued for a term of one year. (3) A renewal of a child and youth facility licence is issued for a term not exceeding 3 years. 5 This Regulation comes into force on the coming into force of section 2 of the Red Tape Reduction Statutes Amendment Act, 2022.
