For information only: Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 221/2022) on June 15, 2022 pursuant to section 16 of the Government Organization Act. 1 The Designation and Transfer of Responsibility Regulation (AR 44/2019) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 6(1) is amended (a) by repealing clause (k) and substituting the following: (k) Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Recognition Act; (b) by adding the following after clause (k.1): (k.2) Special Days Act; 3 Section 9(2) is amended by adding the following after clause (b): (d) Utility Commodity Rebate Act. 4 Section 11(1) is amended by adding the following after clause (e): (e.01) Continuing Care Act; 5 Section 14(1) is amended by adding the following after clause (www): (www.1) Public's Right to Know Act; 6 Section 18 is amended (a) by repealing clause (c); (b) by adding the following after clause (cc): (cc.1) Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act; 7 Section 20(1) is amended by adding the following after clause (s): (s.1) Financial Innovation Act; 8 Section 6 comes into force on the coming into force of section 2 of the Builders' Lien (Prompt Payment) Amendment Act, 2020.
