The Honourable Steve Crocker, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, is attending meetings in Niagara, Ontario, with his Federal, Provincial and Territorial counterparts responsible for sport, physical activity and recreation.

After the meetings conclude, the minister will be attending the 2022 Canada Summer Games opening ceremonies today (Saturday, August 6). The opening ceremonies take place at the Meridian Centre, 1 David Howe Way, in St. Catharines, Ontario, starting at 8:00 p.m. EST (9:30 p.m. Newfoundland Standard Time).
