The Honourable Andrew Furey will be available to media today (Tuesday, August 9) at 2:00 p.m. to provide an update on the fires burning in Central Newfoundland. He will be joined by the Honourable John Hogan, Minister of Justice and Public Safety and the Honourable Elvis Loveless, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure.

The availability will be held in St. John’s at the Provincial Emergency Operations Centre, 45 Major’s Path.

The availability will be streamed live on Facebook.
