You are invited to participate in an online questionnaire about the Employment Insurance (EI) program’s appeal process.
The Government of Canada is looking to reshape the EI appeal process by making it more responsive to the needs of Canadians. We are seeking your views on the design of a new process for appealing an EI benefits decision.
This questionnaire reviews certain aspects of the EI appeal process and asks your preferences on how an EI appeal hearing takes place.
