For information only: Made by the Minister of Energy (M.O. 096/2022) on July 22, 2022 pursuant to section 28.1(1) of the Gas Utilities Act. 1(1) The Default Gas Supply Regulation (AR 184/2003) is amended by this section. (2) Section 9 is amended by adding the following after clause (h): (i) any information that is required by the Utility Commodity Rebate Regulation to be included in the bill. 2(1) The Natural Gas Billing Regulation (AR 185/2003) is amended by this section. (2) Section 4 is amended by adding the following after clause (f): (g) include any information that is required by the Utility Commodity Rebate Regulation to be included in the customer's bill.
