Extend the expiry date that enables the municipalities of Toronto, Hamilton and the Regions of Durham, Halton, Peel and York to impose municipal development charge by-laws for GO Transit's growth capital costs enabled by this Regulation for another three years, until December 31, 2025.

The proposed amendment to extend the expiry date of the extension of development charge by-laws (528/06) does not have new or incremental direct compliance costs.
