For information only: Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 313/2022) on September 16, 2022 pursuant to section 42 of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act. 1 The Procedures Regulation (AR 63/2017) is amended by this Regulation. 2 The Schedule is amended (a) in Part 32 in section 1 by striking out "sections 53(5)(c) and 70" and substituting "section 53(5)(c)"; (b) in Part 35 in section 1 (i) by repealing item 1 and substituting the following: 1 2(1), (1.1) or (2) 270 (ii) by repealing items 5 and 6; (iii) by adding the following after item 13: 13.1 45(5) 203 (c) in Part 36 in section 3 (i) by repealing item 4; (ii) in item 7 by striking out "or (4)"; (iii) by adding the following after item 8: 8.1 16.1 270 (d) in Part 41 in section 1 (i) by adding the following after item 23: 23.1 22.1(1) or (2) 203 23.2 22.2 270 (ii) by repealing item 81; (e) in Part 43 in section 1 (i) by repealing item 2; (ii) by repealing items 13, 14 and 15 and substituting the following: 13 27(1), (2), (3) or (6) 270 14 28 270 15 29 270 (iii) by repealing item 17; (iv) by repealing item 32 and substituting the following: 32 84(4) 270 3 Section 2(b), (c) and (e) come into force on December 1, 2022. 4 Section 2(d)(i) comes into force on March 1, 2023.
