For information only: Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 427/2022) on December 21, 2022 pursuant to section 26 of the Responsible Energy Development Act. 1 The Specified Enactments (Jurisdiction) Regulation (AR 201/2013) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Schedule 2 is amended (a) in section 1(g)(i) by striking out "(bb)" and substituting "(aa)"; (b) in section 2 (i) in clause (b.2) by striking out ", (x) and (xi)" and substituting "and (x)"; (ii) in clause (c) by striking out ", 5 and 6" and substituting "and 5"; (c) by adding the following after clause (c): (c.1) item (f)(ii) listed in Part 6 of Division 2 of Schedule 1; 3 This Regulation comes into force on the coming into force of section 55(a) of the Mineral Resources Development Act.
