Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 12
Exemption
1 Transfers to 0855436 B.C. Ltd. of the properties described below are exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:
District Lot 2330, Rupert District as shown on Plan VIP87482, PID 028-289-234
Block F, District Lot 2110, Rupert District as shown on Plan VIP87482, PID 028-289-218
District Lot 2329, Rupert District as shown on Plan VIP87482, PID 028-289-226
Retroactive effect
2 This regulation is retroactive to August 3, 2010, with effect on and after that date.
