Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 14
Exemption
1 Transfer to Scia'new Nation Investment Corporation, Inc. No. BC0962456, of the property described below is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:
Lot 1, Section 121, Sooke District, Plan EPP22373, PID 029-060-109.
Retroactive effect
2 This regulation is retroactive to July 30, 2013, with effect on and after that date.
