Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 16
Exemption
1 Transfer to Thuna Meh Mun-ah Holdings Inc., Inc. No. BC 0962450, of the property described below is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:
Retroactive effect
2 This regulation is retroactive to July 30, 2013, with effect on and after that date.
