Reg. 138/15 (FUNDING, COST SHARING AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) 1. Section 9 of Ontario Regulation 138/15 is amended by adding the following subsections: (4) Service system managers shall process completed applications for assistance in the order they are received. (5) Service system managers shall make reasonable efforts to facilitate the provision of assistance to an applicant for the cost of a service operated in a service area other than the service area in which the applicant resides. (6) Subsections (4) and (5) shall not be applied in a manner that affects an applicant’s eligibility or priority for assistance. Commencement 2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 29, 2023 and the day it is filed.   Français
