The Honourable Bernard Davis, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, will bring greetings at the St. John’s International CircusFest’s Opening Soirée tomorrow (Thursday, September 21).

The event will take place at the Sheraton Hotel, 115 Cavendish Square, St. John’s beginning at 8:30 p.m.
