(fff) eligible employees of the British Columbia Safety Authority;

 Section 2 (h), (aa), (ii), (ss) and (vv) BEFORE repealed by BC Reg 31/2013, effective January 30, 2013.

(h) eligible members of the Justice Development Commission, officers and employees employed under the Justice Administration Act;

(aa) eligible employees of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission;

(ii) eligible employees of the Columbia Power Corporation;

(ss) eligible employees of the Fraser Marine Transportation Limited (Albion Ferry Operations);

(vv) eligible employees of the B.C. Mental Health Society;

 Rates

3  (1)  The following rates of contribution and coverage apply to those employees or persons described in section 2:

The plan is subject to a lifetime maximum payment of $100 000 per eligible employee and per eligible dependent.
Dental Plan  
100% of Part A
65% of Part B
55% of Part C
Maintains costNil
Part C is subject to a lifetime maximum payment of $3 500 per eligible employee and per eligible dependent.

(2)  The following rates of contribution and coverage apply to those employees or persons described in section 2 (b):
