Petition to the Prime Minister
  Whereas:
  
    Canadians are facing unprecedented greed related inflation;
    Cost of Living is out of control;
    Canadians need concrete support surviving;
    Every single day, we hear from our Canadian government, that they are working hard to support the middle class;
    Every day, our government announce supports for the middle class. At the same time, our government consistently ignore the reality that there is a working class below Middle, and a lower class below the working class;
    Every day we hear of how Canada is expanding availability of MAID (Medical assistance in dying), yet refuse to acknowledge that those seeking MAID, wouldn't need to if they were able to financially survive;
    Those seeking MAID are receiving no assistance for mental illnesses, disability,  or for simply being poor;
    This must change;
    In order to pay for Universal Basic Income/Guaranteed Livable Basic Income, all Canada needs to do is increase taxes on the wealthy, and eliminate the ability for the wealthy to conceal their wealth offshore to evade taxes; and
     The wealthy keep getting wealthier and the poor keep being offered suicide.
  
  
    We, the undersigned, Canadians, call upon the Government of Canada to immediately implement Universal Basic Income for all Canadians of all income classes, and Guaranteed Livable Basic income, for Canadians who are retired, disabled, or living with mental illnesses.
