Reg. 510/99 (COMMUNITY SAFETY ZONES) 1. Schedule 6 to Ontario Regulation 510/99 is revoked and the following substituted: Schedule 6 TOWN OF CALEDON 1. (1) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 10 in the Town of Caledon in the Regional Municipality of Peel lying between a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Highwood Road and a point situate 1,450 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Highwood Road. (2) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 10 in the Town of Caledon in the Regional Municipality of Peel lying between a point situate 980 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Charleston Sideroad (Peel Regional Road No. 24) and a point situate 940 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Charleston Sideroad (Peel Regional Road No. 24). (3) This designation is effective 24 hours a day, seven days a week and every month of the year. Commencement 2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
