For the purposes of paragraph 10 of section 40 of the Act, the following are prescribed as additional objects of the Corporation: 1.  To assist the Minister in performing the functions described in clauses 2 (e), (f) and (g). Prescribed matters, collection and use of personal information 2. For the purposes of paragraph 4 of subsection 62 (2) of the Act, the following are prescribed as matters for which the Corporation may collect and use personal information: 1.  Assisting the Minister in performing the functions described in clauses 2 (e), (f) and (g). Revocation 3. This Regulation is revoked. Commencement 4. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed. (2) Section 3 comes into force on the day subsection 67 (1) of the Act comes into force.   Français
