The Canadian Coast Guard Levels of Service publication was last updated in 2010. It is the primary document that communicates the services clients can expect to receive from Coast Guard. Input from service users and stakeholders will be valuable.

Your input will help us better understand the changing demands and expectations of our clients and adapt our Levels of Services accordingly.
