The Canadian Coast Guard is conducting a review to update the published Levels of Service for the following six programs:
- Aids to Navigation
- Waterways Management
- Icebreaking
- Marine Communications and Traffic Services
- Search and Rescue
- Environmental Response
As part of the review, we invite you to provide feedback on the current Levels of Service.

We will engage with:
- professional mariners and shipping industry stakeholders
- commercial fishers

Key questions
The Canadian Coast Guard Levels of Service publication was last updated in 2010. It is the primary document that communicates the services clients can expect to receive from Coast Guard. Input from service users and stakeholders will be valuable.
Your input will help us better understand the changing demands and expectations of our clients and adapt our Levels of Services accordingly.
