For information only: Made by the Alberta Sugar Beet Growers on May 24, 2024 and approved by the Alberta Agricultural Products Marketing Council on June 13, 2024 pursuant to sections 26 and 27 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act and section 9 of the Sugar Beet Marketing Plan Regulation (AR 114/2023). 1 The Sugar Beet Production and Marketing Regulation (AR 287/97) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 51 is amended by striking out "November 30, 2024" and substituting "November 30, 2026".
