Autism treatment
para514
My question is for the Premier. This morning, the Ontario Autism Coalition held a press conference to mark one year since the government received the advisory panel report. The minister promised that the new autism program would be launched by April 2020, but families still have no core services, no access to the therapy that their children need. The minister has failed to deliver on his promise. To quote the president of the OAC, “I feel like we were intentionally deceived”; or “The minister and his staff are incapable of delivering on their promise.” Why has the Premier failed over and over again to deliver on the needs-based autism program?
