I really appreciate the member’s question. There are things in the budget that we think could be improved and there are things in the budget that are totally missing, and that’s why we will vote against it. The question I have for the member is, could she lay out one of the things in the budget bill that actually does those things for people? We’re talking about the budget bill. Please show me the schedule in the budget bill that does those things. You’re talking about the brochure; I’m talking about the details. Where in the budget bill are those things located?
