Madam Speaker, I thank my colleague for her speech. It was interesting to hear what she had to say about tourism in particular.I would like to turn to another topic. In the budget, the government says it will send seniors 75 and up a $500 cheque. The budget also says old age security will probably go up next year, but that is a whole year from now. It is creating two classes of seniors: those 75 and up and those under 75.In Quebec papers this weekend, the seniors' federation spoke up, saying that seniors were not yet satisfied and were really angry. There is no reason to believe that a senior under 75 is poorer than one over 75.What does my colleague think of the fact that this budget creates two classes of seniors?
