Mr. Speaker, we have been working together for years to transform the culture not only of our armed forces but of all our institutions in Canada.We have taken significant steps to provide more support to anyone experiencing intimidation, harassment or assault. That is what we will continue to do.In recent months, we have taken specific concrete measures with respect to the armed forces. Justice Arbour, Lieutenant-General Carignan and the implementation of Justice Fish's recommendations are examples of that.
