Mr. Speaker, as Quebeckers prepare to celebrate their national holiday tomorrow, we can be proud of a federal government that protects and promotes the French language.I am proud that our government has introduced Bill C‑32, which will modernize the Official Languages Act and bring it into the 21st century.Could the Prime Minister tell the House how this bill will establish true equality between our two official languages?
