Bills with protected subject-matter: super-majority requirement

Welsh Tax Acts etc. (Power to Modify) Bill

In my view, in accordance with Section 111A(3) of the Government of Wales Act 2006, the

provisions of the Welsh Tax Acts etc. (Power to Modify) Bill do not relate to a protected

subject matter.
